Fed’s Stalking Calendar

Below is a listing of CONFIRMED stalking events executed by Fed against CKT. Bear in mind, Fed always had/has multiple “blondes” in rotation at different stages in the serial rape cycle.  Again, these are confirmed events. Unknown events very likely exist.

2013

May

• Met CKT at a Mexican restaurant in Illinois
• Conducted law enforcement screening of CKT’s license plates
• Started stalking by phone / text messaging
• Used badge to have CKT removed from a hotel
• Started geo-tracking CKT by cell phone
• Derailed CKT’s Motorola job interview
• Started video-watching CKT via her laptop and other devices
• Followed CKT to a gas station and – as she fueled her vehicle – used undercover vehicle siren and lights to intimidate/embarrass her

June

[CKT fled to Texas]

July

• Took CKT’s Social Security number and started digging into her information there
• Called CKT’s Texas employer’s office – screaming – five times within 30 minutes during meeting on her first day of work
• Used CKT’s SSN to apply for “penthouse style” apartments in Illinois and a joint bank account

September

• Rape as retaliation for CKT’s earlier 911 call
• First death / dismemberment / disappearance threats
• Aggressive “tracking” of CKT by phone as she traveled in Puerto Rico
• Financial extortion [multiple occasions] by stealing CKT’s ATM card and removing daily limit in funds
• Forced meeting with ICE agent
• Fed called CKT by FaceTime – the first and only such occurrence. To her shock, Fed was sitting on his living room sofa in broad daylight, no blinds over the window directly behind the sofa, masturbating during the call. He was staring into a split screen on his laptop (on table in front of him), which was [unknown to him] reflecting in the large picture window pane directly behind him. The lake behind his house was serving as a “darkening agent” to enable the window to work as a mirror. On the screen of his laptop as he threatened CKT and masturbated, was a “tech” panel that appeared to look like DOS coding or a chat. On the other split of the screen was a blonde woman, seemingly going about her daily dressing routine or something of that nature, unaware of the camera (it is presumed, from the actions). Fed was watching another blonde and wanted CKT to see him masturbating. He did not know she could see the computer screen. CKT could not discern whether this was meant to victimize her or engage her as some kind of accomplice in his “watching” and sexual activity. [date slightly falsified here purposefully, to protect potential vic]

October

• First staged “break-in” in CKT’s newly rented lake house, to intimidate her / keep her on edge / deflect attention for future break-ins

November

• Fed started digging into CKT’s work files and travel across the Upper Midwest
• Illegally entered CKT’s Wisconsin home while she was in South Dakota and purposefully left front door ajar to signal “control of her house”

[CKT could tell Fed was struggling with one of the other blondes in the rotation – This is the first time CKT became truly concerned about collective safety]

December

[Fed was seriously fighting with another one of the blondes – or multiple – as he was acting cagey, on edge and desperate]

• Fed forced a public meeting in Milwaukee’s most luxurious hotel cafe, just across from his downtown MKE federal building office
• Fed followed CKT to her car and muttered threats as she walked across parking lot, as she had unknowingly parked in full view of his federal building cameras
• Fed hid from view suddenly over holidays – putting CKT on intense edge – a “deathly quiet time” from Christmas to just after the New Year

2014

January

• Fed popped back into view and restarted prior general stalking / threat / harassment activity
• Fed committed second rape, driving 1.5 hours in blizzard conditions on a work night to do so
• Fed attempted to rip CKT’s license plate off of her vehicle for “a friend” [likely another blonde he was trying to gift – or the local police Lieutenant who acted as his “sidekick”] who collected license plates
• CKT caught Fed under her bedroom in the basement, beneath the subfloor – purpose unknown, thought to be placing a camera
• CKT caught Fed in her garage tool room

February

• Fed left for Washington, DC required educational sessions [work] – started campaign of “stalking by flowers, chocolates and teddy bears”
• Video watching stepped up – or, at least, he was caught watching more often

April

• Fed forced CKT to produce “gifts” for his “favorite” co-agents in Illinois / Wisconsin
• As CKT traveled on business, Fed entered her home and dug through her personal files to gain additional details of her life
• Murder attempt

May

[CKT fled to the Outer Banks of NC]

June – July – August

• Fed contacted the IRS as an “investigator” and encouraged them to open an intense “tax fraud” multi-year audit on CKT
• Fed involved a third party’s help and started “courting” a woman by phone, a recently bleached-blonde divorcee schoolteacher who went to high school with CKT 26 years prior – pulling her contact info from CKT’s Facebook “friends list” For six months, this courtship of the schoolteacher continued, with the teacher feeding Fed info about CKT. Prompted by Fed who needed to know CKT’s location, the teacher begged CKT to buy her a plane ticket to host the teacher in Wash D.C. for a “getaway from divorce stress.” Meanwhile, the teacher was arranging for Fed (posing as a CIA agent to this woman) to go to dinner with the two women upon her arrival in D.C. CKT realized the plan and cancelled the trip. The “romance” continued – at a MINIMUM – through December (for six months), until CKT cut off all contact with the schoolteacher.
• Fed started contacting all of CKT’s creditors from her Social Security record, using his badge and posing as an investigator working on a “case of 21 counts of fraud” – started inciting creditors
• Fed incited CKT’s former landlord to become a threatening aggressor, as the landlord started panicking over a 15-day issued last utility bill. At 30 days, the landlord was demanding to know of her location and making threats, attempting to “find her family” – he was a fantastic pawn for Fed, being aging and easily incited. This continued for months.
• Fed incited a former Army “grunt” to also track CKT from Utah. This Army guy enlisted other Army men from across the U.S., particularly one in Colorado and one in Upstate New York, who also started tracking and attempting to “break through” to CKT. This continued for months.
• Fed started threatening CKT’s collegiate son’s life
• CKT fed Fed a lie – telling him that she was going to Alabama on business travel (see Dec 2014)

October

• CKT started trying to get police help again (the fifth precinct in which she failed)
• CKT started a campaign of calling the US Department of State in Washington, DC to find help

November

• Diplomatic Security OSI at the US Department of State in Washington, DC first responded to CKT’s pleas for help
• CKT went to Washington, DC – fully believing she would be detained on false charges of “fraud”

December

• CKT finally uncovered and “blew up” the schoolteacher’s love plan, to take Fed (her “new boyfriend in the CIA”) directly to CKT’s door
• Fed asked the schoolteacher, “Are you in Alabama?” She reported this to CKT, closing the loop of suspicion about who the “CIA agent” was or was associated with (see June 2014)

2015

January

• Fed enlisted a “reeking of alcohol” private detective or other person in a white sedan to visit CKT’s mailbox in Grayslake, Illinois. This person claimed he was with Lakemoor Police and he was hunting “her for 21 counts of fraud, including AT&T.” The mail center personnel scared him away and CKT unsuccessfully alerted police – police were again complacent (sixth precinct at this point, not counting the successful 911 call of June 2013).
• Fed’s calls and texts stepped up again, as he tried to convince CKT to come back to Wisconsin to “handle things” and for him to “say what is left unsaid.”

[State Department confirmed “multiple victims” and “double digits of victims” and “you’re not the only one.” HOWEVER, they continued to not provide CKT with any support or protection against Fed’s intensifying activity. She was on her own, as “we do not protect private citizens,” yet the USDOS did not want other law enforcement involved. They started a pattern of denying CKT any help in getting police or anyone protective or therapeutic on her side.]

February

• Fed continued verbal and written threats by phone
• Fed mailed a “dummy greeting card” to CKT’s Virginia mailbox, trying to confirm the actual existence of that address/contact method

[USDOS considered sending CKT to Wisconsin to see Fed while wearing a wire, but thwarted that, fearing the liability of what his assertions of a “one-way ticket” meant]

March

[First Wisconsin state investigation opened. CKT bailed, as the State Dept was “controlling” and “manipulating” the process. CKT’s due process and rights were being hampered. The Wisconsin detective from Fed’s town was also very disengaged and did not have a grasp on the seriousness of the ongoing events. Baseball season was more important to that detective. This particular detective would not have sufficiently protected CKT.]

April

[Fed’s badge, undercover vehicle and gun were confiscated by the State Department. He was escorted out of the federal building / office and driven by law enforcement “buddies” back to his home in Wisconsin]

• The weekend after confiscation of his badge and gun, CKT’s computer “woke” on its own and the video camera turned on. She was in bed and noticed the activity, watching it from her bedside.
• Two weeks after the confiscation, a hacker entered CKT’s computer system and – while she watched – started going through her files through remote desktop control
• CKT found “GoToMeeting” software installed on her personal computer that same weekend, but she had not installed it
• All parties from the prior year involved in the “Army” stalking continued attempting to find CKT. Army grunts from multiple locations were harassing and attempting to get close to her, i.e., over social media and ongoing phone calls

June-July

• Approximately 25,000 hacking attempts were made on CKT’s multiple websites

August

• Fed or someone for Fed called CKT’s son and terrified him so much (about CKT), that he has not spoken to her in the five years since. Her son merely called CKT and said, “Mom, someone called me…” and then dropped out of contact completely.
• Fed or someone else for Fed called CKT’s adult sister and attempted to gain information

September

[Feeling isolated in hiding, worn out by working so hard to stay alive and abandoned by her country, CKT decided to commit suicide. The USDOS agent prodded her to “hang on” and “help is coming” (meaning, for the long term in taking Fed down). That help never came.]

2016

January / February

• Fed showed up in person (1200 miles from his home and over three hours’ drive from Washington, DC) at CKT’s Virginia mailbox and grocery store. He tracked CKT there. They locked eyes and crossed paths, but CKT was too shocked to speak or scream. She reported the activity to the USDOS, who had required Fed (unknown to CKT) to come to DC for his interrogation and left him “unattended,” despite knowing of his stalking, rapes, attempted murder and other behaviors.

August

• Fed brought two vehicles (one from Wisconsin, one from Virginia) to CKT’s location in Currituck, NC with an “associate” to execute a boxed-in style slow speed car chase for 13 miles of straight highway
• Fed found CKT at her local “quick” grocery store in Currituck, NC
• One vehicle with an unknown male party pursued CKT to her hardware store and attempted to intimidate her in the parking lot

[At this time, CKT went “deeper into hiding” and relocated]

December

• For the first time, CKT’s case agent gave CKT advanced warning that Fed was “headed to Virginia” and for her to stay inside and remain aware

2017

January

[CKT falsely believed the USDOS was actively “handling” Fed and that she could come out of hiding. She started pursuing making of this film, to show the State Dept’s mishandling of the whole matter. Fed was still under their employment.]

October

[CKT started shooting the film]

• Fed raped again, on the 20th and 22nd

November

[CKT was notified of the new investigation by law enforcement. The film wrapped production.]

2018

[CKT went back into hiding – at a “Defcon 4” level]

January

[CKT flew to Wisconsin for her case interview by detectives]

April

• Charges were filed for five counts of rape at a maximum sentencing of 190 years

December

• The State Department finally fired Fed from the Agency, but allowed him to file for “benefits,” presumably unemployment (ahem, fraud)

2019

• Trial slated for May 2019
